I liked the great customer service from Connor

Cons We had to wait a long time for early check in. Arrived at 1230pm. D I dnt get checked into room until about 3pm

Location was good

Cons Resort fee was misleading and couldn't be used at the store. Staff wasn't accommodating. The facilities were rundown compared to the total cost.

August in Cali

We would upgraded to a suite very nicely equipped. The entire staff maikyla, Sophia and Jeremiah were super nice and helpful. Enjoyed the bar and service there.

Perfect

Hotel was amazing and the staff was even better. Jeremiah, Amir, and Scott couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious with amazing views of the Carlsbad Coastline. We will definitely be back.

Makala is The Best!

Makala at the Front Desk was super awesome, helpful, kind and warm. She is the reason I would return. Every time I interacted with her, on the phone, in person, even through my husband, she was a true professional and a true Hilton Superstar.
