Staff quality swings wildly from genuinely helpful to dismissive and unhelpful. Rooms are modern and clean with great views, but some smell of smoke and uncomfortable beds cause neck pain. The exclusive pool and beach access are worth it if you avoid the nickel-and-diming at check-in.
