The Drake Oak Brook, Autograph Collection

Would definitely stay again in the future.

Property, rooms, and fitness center were all great. Staff was very nice. The Lounge for dinner and drinks was great

Cons Vent fan in Room 202 did not work in bathroom but not a huge deal

Everything

Fun, comfy, and elegant

The rooms were very clean and smelt fantastic! Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly.

Cons You have to pay extra for pretty much everything else such as breakfast and internet

Cons Thought the carpet in building 2 needs to be replaced. Worn out. Didn't see handicap parking up top. Parked in lot at the bottom of hill. The 2 elevators in building two need to be updated as well. Have no idea how old that carpet is.

My stay was beautiful and relaxing

Great service, beautiful hotel

Cons There was ZERO flaws

Great location, comfortable bed. Great service.
