Lovely grand hotel
Lovely grand hotel, bit of a walk up the hill from Broadway but not too far. Staff were lovely.

Cons The lobby area was closed to guests when we arrived as the Hotel was hosting a wedding. The first day/night we felt like we shouldn't have been there...
Great Hotel in the Heart of Nashville
Location, and history of the premises. The bellmen were extremely friendly and welcoming each time we returned to the hotel. The morning coffee was a welcome treat.
Cons The front desk staff had no energy, was a bit surprised they didn’t have the same energy of the bellmen

Historic building, great central location, friendly and helpful staff, luxurious room, excellent restaurant - the overall experience was about as good as I could imagine.
Cons Of course you pay for this level of luxury. Value is subjective but I feel you do get what you pay for here.

Absolutely perfect location! Close to Broadway yet far enough away to not hear any of the noise!
Cons Nothing to not like! There is some construction going on right across the street right now starts at 7:00am but the walls are fairly thick and I could sleep through it.
Everything. Hotel has plenty of charm and character. Rooms are ok large and staff were very helpful.
