Hotel was absolutely filthy from lobby, to hallways to the room. Expensive and an absolute dump. We have over 150 relatives living in Alaska and have already told most of them how truly gross your hotel is!

Rooms were absolutely disgusting; the entire hotel was dirty the service at the lakeside restaurant was so bad we walked out. I will never refer my clients to this hotel, the hallways were littered with trash and smelled awful.
