Cons Toilet broken, room not clean. Told the management and the GM who all promised the world but didn’t deliver. Was promised an email with explanation and nothing. Very careless staff and liers. Safe want working and there is as broken glass on floor no care in cleaning.

Applause for the Staff

The location, breakfast, and staff were all excellent. In particular, every member of the staff, from the doormen and receptionists to the waiters and housekeeping team was extremely helpful, polite, and truly outstanding. It is a magnificent hotel, and the restaurant was excellent as well. The menu was quite extensive, and the service was prompt without making us wait too long. We were very pleased with most of the aspects of our stay. Except one important thing...

Cons The musty smell in the room was very unpleasant and quite disturbing. Although the bathroom had been cleaned, it clearly needed renovation, and there were visible mold stains between the tiles.

The overall check in process was quite smooth. Room was quite spacious with a view of the city , breakfast spread was huge and so was the location in the heart of the city.
