It was good and comfortable. You can provide bath suite and iron table if possible 👍

Dit hotel is heel kunstig en luxueus en is puur genieten.

De portier, de receptionist, de klantenservice, de koks, de garçons, de poolboy,... waren enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is een prachtig hotel dat zijn vijf sterren zeker waard is. We genoten van de uitgebreide buffetten in het restaurant, zowel 's ochtends als 's avonds. Het zwembad was zalig!

Cons In het restaurant vroeg een ober om een evaluatie in te vullen en zijn naam te vermelden. Dat was een beetje vreemd, maar hij had ons wel heel goed geholpen. We vonden het wel jammer dat er toen iemand aangesneld kwam die nog niet bij ons geweest was en die vond dat zijn naam er ook bij op moest. Het zou beter zijn de evaluatieformulieren op een andere manier aan de klanten te bezorgen.

Cons most of the staff was nice and helpful,I have specifically travelled from Bangalore to Delhi for work and one of the staffs "Harsh" during our check-in experience was very rude, didn't give us any consideration even us checking in late , not a polite smile just rude one word answers to our questions, would heavily encourage more training sessions for such staff or dont place them in the welcome section,

Stay was fantastic apart from room structure and dinner trainee staff was rude.

Rooms are not good paints come out and mould i can see easilyt in a provided room specially not good for Kids.

Cons in Buffe area staff was rude though rest was ok to me... Hotel needs to tell there staff specially trainees they need to behave in a manner ... Specially with Families and small kids ...
