A very disappointing stay in a hotel that clearly needs some investment
We liked the initial welcome and the food we had on the afternoon of arrival, despite being charged over double what we had paid for. This appeared to be an honest mistake when we challenged and we have been told that our credit card will be refunded within 5 days.
Cons The air conditioning in our room sounded like an aircraft taking off when it initially kicked in. We didn’t realise this until 2am when it woke us up. This happened another 2 or 3 times during the night.
