Cons Too big of a property and too many guests to feel the typical leela service Room in the new area was too far away. Spa was under renovation and not so good. Had very high hopes for leela but they fell short of the hospitality.

All very nice but better training needed for some staff

The facilities were wonderful, the food was great.

Cons I was called in my room to report to reception at 9.30pm as a member of staff on the desk claimed that my wife had not checked in, which she had, and the same member of staff questioned the visa status of one of my children. This was cleared up quickly but the whole situation felt uncomfortable and unnecessarily hostile for a hotel of this calibre.

An Unforgettable Stay That Exceeded All Expectations!

Having lived in Bangalore, we had previously visited The Leela Palace for dining and breakfast, but this was our first time staying overnight—and the experience was nothing short of mesmerizing and nostalgic. While we encountered a minor glitch during room assignment, Mr. Akshay at the front desk handled it swiftly and professionally, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. The property itself is breathtakingly royal and romantic, but it was the exceptional staff that truly elevated our experience to cloud nine. The housekeeping team, led by Mr. Rahen along with Ms. Syllari, Ms. Batriti, and Mr. Arewanki, ensured our room was pristine and wonderfully maintained. Meanwhile, Mr. Mohit as the Executive Butler and his team spoiled us with top-tier pampering in both the lounge and the restaurants. Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond with their warmth, politeness, and world-class hospitality. Thanks to the whole Leela team, we are already looking forward to our next stay!
