A Luxurious Stay with Excellent Service, Despite a Few Minor Issues
I really liked the room as it was beautifully designed, spacious, and felt very luxurious. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always welcoming with a smile. I especially loved the bathroom setup and the bathtub. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices, and the dining area was comfortable with enough space between tables for a more relaxing experience.
Cons The main issue was the check-in delay. I booked two rooms, but one was not ready when I arrived, and I had to wait about two hours before I could check in. This disrupted my plans for the afternoon, as I expected to check in at 3 PM, rest for a while, and continue with other activities at 5 PM. However, the hotel kindly upgraded the room to a Junior Suite, which I truly appreciated and helped make up for the inconvenience. In the Junior Suite, I also noticed that a few lights were not working and the bathroom sink was slightly clogged. There was also a TV near the bathtub, but the screen was difficult to see while using the bathtub because of the viewing angle. It would be great if this could be improved with a newer TV that has a better viewing angle.
