The Marcus Whitman Hotel & Conference Center

It’s a beautiful hotel, but way overpriced .

Breakfast was awesome, glad I saw there was a $15 breakfast credit that wasn’t disclosed by staff and would of been double tipping.

Cons Better service in the bar area. They served the people sitting at the bar (only 3) There was 8 of us and it took 15 minutes before they came to our table. We were only table in the bar area.

Free upgrade to suite. Not sure why.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very accomodating. They made me and my dog feel special.

Cons Nothing

Walla Walla was lovely we are excited to go back.

The entrance lobby area was welcoming and beautiful. The first night we were there they had a complimentary wine tasting, very nice. The Marc restaurant has been remodeled and is beautiful and the staff were all outstanding! Also, perfect location!

Cons The room we had was not in the old historic building but the new addition to the side of the building. It would have been nice to have been in the old tower part of the building. The room decor is very dark and moody. It’s not bad but if you are going to have moody have some light to brighten it up if needed.

Thoroughly enjoyed her stay at the Marcus Whitman hotel, and plan to come back.

The historic hotel was beautiful and beautiful furnishings.

House cleaning needs to step up their game

Cons The house cleaning could be better. The coffee crafter was not clean. It still had leftover coffee in it. The creamer was so old that it looked goo coming out.
