This was the perfect weekend for a baseball series. The Ferry ride was also a treat!
Clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Varity of businesses within walking distance. The having underground parking garage was a safety bonus!

It's ok
The room is large and well laid out. They were once very nice, but starting to look a bit tired. Still pretty nice even so.
Cons I wish I had known there was no hot breakfast during the week! Also good for people to know that there is a $50 charge to check in early. We didn't need to, just asked if there was a room available and if it was possible. The answer took us by surprise as seriously, there is either a room or there isn't. Not sure what a charge would be for. The place was. Mostly empty the night we stayed. Perhaps they just needed to increase revenue on a slow night. We ended up touring the island a bit and it was a good choice. I recommend the same to anyone who arrives early.
The rooms are spacious and clean. Although our room was across from the elevator, we did not hear much of the noise. It has good parking indoors. The location is excellent.
