Cons Initially put in a very noisy room - renovation works on the floor above Initially charged and extra night, despite my telling the hotel else earlier that I would check out a day early Expensive!
The phenomenal customer service provided by the staff. Each and everyone went over and above to serve us. From the entrance security down to housekeeping and everyone in between, extremely happy with the service and the property.

Cons I paid much for early morning check in. Was it worth I cannot say…when I arrived the staff say there was no room available and when they realized I can pay for they found a room immediately… just not honest
