Location and room
Cons The staff on the first two days made no effort to even say hello or introduce themselves in the morning, sitting at their lap top in the corner. Not clear to be honest if they were guests or staff as we had to ask! The gentleman who took over the second two days was helpful when asked for stuff. Minor point but no tea spoons - boiled eggs are not easier to eat wish dessert spoons!

Cons Room was small such that one person had only about 7 inches of access to get around to the other side of the bed. Thought the price was quite a bit out of line with the room (550/night with tax) - pictures of the queen deluxe misleading. Somehow we ended up with the runt of the litter. Parking at 59/night a bit pricey too
