The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur

Extremely comfortable stay at an upscale centrally located hotel.

Fantastic location in Bukit Bintang, there's even a enclosed walkway from the hotel to a nearby, high end shopping centre. The 2 bedroom suite was incredibly large and very comfortable. All staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous, the cleanliness of the room and public areas were amazing. Good swimming pool size. Would highly recommend.

Cons On floor 8, there was a constant noise from the external air conditioning/ventilation shafts located outside. Only noticeble in the living room area and did not affect our sleep. Would be good to have a Smart TV available to be able to watch streaming services and/or connect a phone to it. Main swimming pool not heated and the other pool was closed for maintenance.

I would highly recommend this hotel, perfect location and plenty to see

The staff were so kind and helpful in every sense. The facilities were fabulous and the breakfast was excellent

Fantastic hotel with great facilities, and an great location

the 3 bedroom apartments is huge. There is so much room with separate living/dining rooms, a separate kitchen and each bedroom is large with ensuite facilities.
