Pretty, but deceptive

Location, plants were pretty. Room was nice

Cons The room had a weird smell. Like wet, dirty carpet. There was also a small roach in the bed. I couldn’t sleep soundly fearing a roach would crawl on me.

Overall a good place to stay

I really liked the location and the staff was awesome.

Cons None of the ice machines were working and there was no pool

It was a girl trip. We felt safe.

The staff at the hotel were always on hand to help, they were all friendly and would go above and beyond for their guest

After seeing the hotel and initial being pleased we were Disappointed with the facilities and staff attitudes apart from

The rooms were quite nice and location good

Cons They had cut back on staff due to low occupancy so everything was slow or cut back like the bar it was only 4-9. We had no hot water and then no water at all when it was turned off for repair. They did not inform us of this , the only way you would have know. Is if you had seen the piece of paper laying flat on the reception desk which none of our party of 9 noticed. 11pm when we returned we still had no hot water until the following day. The hotel offered us a room switch but it was 11pm and too late to move. We found the staff quite rude and unhelpful and just passed the buck to booking.com, who after contacting have not replied to us and seem pretty useless as well.
