Cons The shower or bathtub needs to be updated the draining of the all drains was extremely slow.so when you showered you stood in standing water. and the sinks were very slow to drain.

Convenient. Clean. Great bar. Super friendly staff. We had a suite which was very nice. Good breakfast.
Cons Five events that night created chaos in the parking lots. Every space was taken, even in overflow across from the hotel. Enjoying the pool was almost impossible. There was no monitoring of who was allowed in. Were they all guests? I doubt it. My party walked right in thru the bar area. So many families with kids overtook almost every space. I love kids but when there’s no space for other guests & you’re continuing to be splashed, it gets annoying. My friends and I usually love Riverside, and we spent over $1000 that weekend between the room, drinks & food. But this was not a $1000 stay.
The room was a nice size and easy for the kids to walk around. Liked that the microwave and mini fridge were hidden in the TV stand. I like that you offer a pack n play for young babies.
Cons That there wasn't much of an area to eat in the room. There was only the desk to sit at and we had to move a bench around so we could all eat together. The mattresses were really hard and the pillows weren't that great. The bedding was confusing there seemed like a sheet a thin comforter and then another sheet.
