대체로 직원분들은 친절하셨고 전반적인 서비스에도 만족스러웠습니다
Cons 실내수영장 이용 시 아이를 동반한 가족 입장에서는 다소 아쉬운 점이 있었습니다. 실내 수영장에서 5세 아이와 함께 이용하던 중, 옆 레인의 이용객이 아이가 시끄럽다며 조용히 해달라고 하는 상황이 있었습니다. 수영장에서 어린아이가 어느 정도 소리를 내는 것은 자연스러운 부분이라고 생각해 다소 이해하기 어려웠는데, 이를 목격한 직원분께서도 아이에게 직접 조용히 해달라는 취지로 말씀하셔서 부모로서 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 키즈 관련 편의시설도 갖추어져 있고 아이와 편안하게 이용할 수 있을 것이라 기대해 비교적 높은 금액의 객실을 선택했는데, 실제 이용 경험은 기대했던 만큼 키즈 프렌들리하다는 느낌을 받지 못해 많이 아쉬웠습니다.

Cons The hotel is super busy with people for conferences or privet parties, the restaurants are quite full, so really need to book in advance and the room is small in case is a couple with a kid. Also, the air in the room is really not good.
