Good hotel let down by a few maintenance issues

Modern and great sized rooms with big bathrooms

Cons Reception area was not exactly top drawer - more efficient Our room had a very bad drain smell ( serious one ) and aircon was unbelievably noisy

Not good value.

Modern contemporary.

Cons staff not overly friendly. Next door to public health centre, neighbourhood wasn’t safe to walk around in in the evening

All in all a good hotel. Only downside was the cleaning policy.

Great location and lovely room.

Cons On our second night we came back to a room that had not been cleaned. It was explained to us that rooms were only cleaned every other night. Unusual and disappointing for a hotel of this standard, however, the staff were understanding and made up for it during breakfast.

Decent city centre hotel - good location but could be tricky for young families.

Staff were really friendly - welcoming and very helpful with some local tips for food and drink.

Cons Not the property’s fault but the location is a tricky one. Really well located but a lot of open air drug use in the surrounding area which could be a bit intimidating for young families.

Would love to return and I’d recommend to anyone visiting the Seattle area !
