Exceptional Service & the Perfect Place for a Corporate Meeting

We had an amazing experience at the Stanford Park Hotel! The property is beautiful and an excellent setting for a corporate meeting, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. The entire team was attentive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. From the meeting space to the hospitality and attention to detail, everything was seamless. I would highly recommend the Stanford Park Hotel for anyone looking to host a meeting or event in the Palo Alto/Menlo Park area. We will definitely be back!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Stanford Park Hotel. From start to finish, the service was absolutely impeccable. Every one of our rooms was spotless, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable, and the front desk staff were consistently warm, helpful, and available whenever we needed anything. They truly catered to our every need and made us feel so well cared for throughout our stay. Our wedding reception was held in the Stanford Room, and it was absolutely beautiful and the perfect setting for our celebration. The food was spectacular and our guests could not stop raving about how delicious everything was! The event and catering team, especially Chaya, Erika, Marilyn, and Maria, went above and beyond for us. There were so many other members of the team who helped make our celebration so special, and while we unfortunately didn't get everyone's names, we are incredibly grateful to all of them. They were warm, attentive, professional, and incredibly thoughtful, and they were with us every step of the way. They made both us and our guests feel so special. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was truly impressive. Every member of the staff we encountered was kind, welcoming, and professional, and their genuine care made such a difference. From our rooms and breakfast to our wedding reception and every interaction in between, everything was simply spectacular. Stanford Park Hotel helped make our wedding celebration even more special, and we are so grateful to the entire team. We cannot wait to come back for a staycation!
