I like that it is part of the Maritime Center. It is quaint and the room was recently updated.

Cons I had trouble with allergies because animals are allowed.

Poor quality accommodation for a high price.

Cons Small worn out room for a high price. Antiquated furnishings. Poor video options.

Port Townsend is a cool city, we loved the hotel and our whale watching trip.

Loved the location and the room was very nice and comfortable.

A highlight of our trip!

We stayed in the Penthouse Suite and it was amazing. It was warm and there is not A/C, but there were fans available and as the unit is the whole top floor with balconies on front and back, we had great airflow. The rooms were amazingly clean and well appointed with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. With our own full kitchen, amazing views, and proximity to shopping and dining, we can definitely see ourselves returning.

PT is one of my favorite places in the world, the Swan is my gateway to each new adventure.

Location and view mostly. Judy was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and quiet, mid week is a good time to be here. Coffee service in the room was generous and simple. Suggestion: offer a premium room package that includes chilled juice, pastries from local bakeries, oatmeal/cereal, and snacks etc. This end of PT doesn’t get started at sunrise.

Cons Still don’t need a TV in the room. Replace with paintings by local artists. Offer TV’s as an option maybe. Still can’t open the paper shower gel and shampoo packages. Fortunately, I brought a pair of scissors with me this time.
