I think a 9.8 rating is much too high for this location.
It was new and very clean.
Cons The door code was entered incorrectly. Fortunately the landlady hadn't left, otherwise I would have had to track her down somehow. She kept entering the wrong numbers and when I tried to explain what she was doing wrong, she snapped at me. I think Booking.com oversold the location. I wasn't told that it was over a veterinary office, nor that it was on a somewhat seedy back street. I wasn't informed about the large, very loud trucks that went by every morning before dawn. The initial ad showed a couple enjoying a drink on what I thought was a balcony with a harbor view. It made it look like a venue was closer to the harbor than it was in reality. It wasn't a balcony; it was a rooftop that could be reached only by climbing steep spiral stairs. The television was mounted so high on the wall that it strained one's neck to watch. One package of regular and one of decaf coffee were provided for a two night stay.
