The room, it was clean and comfortable
Cons The pillows; they were horrible. I actually woke up with a headache. If they could upgrade to good pillows, that would be great.
For us, it was all about location so it definitely fit that need! Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons Room shower had long hairs on the wall and there was a dirty sock under the sofa. Makes you think just how clean the room really is!
5 star experience
We’ve stayed in Bellevue a couple times but this has been our favorite hotel stay. We stayed at Intercontinental last year and although supposed to be “fancier” the service was lackluster in comparison. Before arriving to Bellevue we had also stayed at a Hilton in Oregon a couple of days before with unfriendly, cold staff. From the moment we arrived at the Westin, valet staff was so friendly and incredibly helpful with opening the main hotel doors for us and helping with luggage. Believe it or not, this is a lost art at other hotels I’ve been to. Front desk staff also extremely welcoming. We were also helped by 2 ladies at the Cypress Bar who were so sweet!! We needed plates for an DoorDash food order and they were so nice about getting them and providing utensils even though we weren’t eating at the restaurant. Everyone was incredibly friendly and warm. We also opted out of daily housekeeping, and when we got back to our room one day, our kind housekeeper Hoa T caught us in the hallway and asked if she could get us anything at all - if we needed a quick cleaning or some extra towels or even water bottles. We really loved that attention to detail. Beds were so comfy and the rooms nice and clean! They also have a spa and indoor pool which I wish we had time to visit. I think this is where we will continue to stay each time we visit Washington.

Ideal location, walking distance to excellent restaurants, shopping, light rail.
Cons Second floor was closed for remodeling so access to pedestrian walkways was blocked. A slight inconvenience, but understandable.
Comfy bed, mid hotel
The bed was comfortable and location was good for what I needed
Cons Felt a bit overpriced for just the hotel itself not being that nice
