Good location
Cons Small bathroom- very expensive parking. Not good value for money
Soso but great location
Like the location. Walking distance to a lot of downtown thin6
Cons Didn't like a the hair on the bed. Trash under the bed and behind the dresser. For the price the room needs a microwave.
Expected more from Westin when it came to training and in-hotel lobby features
It felt very institutional. Not warm at all.
Cons The personnel just seemed to be very indifferent
Horrible since they took $300 from me right before I have to pay rent.
Nice hotel
Cons That the attendance at the desk was extremely rude and charged me and extra $298 for my room when I prepaid $233 already. I called the property and customer service and they are just blaming each other with legitimate resolution.
Great location and views, but outdated amenities and service issues.
I really liked the location of the hotel, especially its close proximity to the arena. Being within walking distance made attending events very convenient and eliminated the need to drive or worry about parking. I also enjoyed the views from the hotel. Being able to see both the arena and the water added a nice touch to the stay, especially in the evening. The convenient location and beautiful views were definitely the highlights of my experience.
Cons There were several issues that negatively impacted my stay. The hotel had system problems and was only able to activate one room key. The television did not work for the first hour after we arrived. More importantly, the hotel advertised a business center as an amenity, but there was no business center available. I had business that needed to be handled during my stay, and because this advertised amenity was unavailable, I had to postpone my work until after I left the hotel. The room also lacked a microwave, and the refrigerator was poorly positioned against the cabinet hinges, causing it to bang against them whenever it was opened. The charging options were also outdated, with no USB or USB-C ports available in the nightstands or other convenient fixtures. Overall, the room and amenities could use some updating, and advertised amenities should accurately reflect what is actually available to guests.
Great location
Location was perfect.
Cons Food options were pricy. Parking g was very expensive, but, apparently, the norm for the location.
