Great stay, staff were helpful and very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The view was great. Did not use any of the amenities, but did have the included breakfast which was exceptional! Would stay there every time I travel to downtown Toronto!!
Cons Just didn’t have the proper number of towels for number of guests. There were only enough for one. Told staff and they were happy to help.

Great location for exploring downtown Toronto
We had a beautiful room on the 20th floor that overlooked the islands and ferries. It was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. We were within a 10-15 minute walk to make of the downtown sights - Rogers Arena, CN Tower, Union Station, Harbourfront and so much more.
Cons My only complaint was that I didn't know where to find the amenities in the hotel. It is so big, and easily finding where some of the sitting areas, balconies, pool, etc. could be found would have been a nice addition to our stay.
