The Westin Indianapolis
Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious and clean, but food costs way too much for poor quality and service suffers when the hotel isn't busy.

Cons Thought parking was included, but it was not
Beautiful area and the staff were amazing!
Location was everything for our stay. Very comfortable and accommodating.
Cons Food options open later
Not again
Location to event center
Cons The staff was not friendly or helpful Overcharged for 2 rooms and still not corrected
Not really worth what you charge.
The bed was very comfortable and room very quiet.
Cons The coffee in the room is terrible, not enough cream and sugar. You really must do better! The refrigerator was not cold, maintenance did not replace. It took more than 4 minutes to get hot water. You need a better remote control for the TV.
Clean and comfortable room but over priced by a good bit in my opinion.
