Catastrophic
Cons Hotel overbooked our room. No beds available, even with a confirmed room from weeks ago. I was directly told by the front desk that this happens all the time because they guarantee a room, not a bed. This would be laughable if it wasnt 2 in the morning in Chicago with no car and no alternative. No compensation. Still had to pay for the room I could not use. Unbelievable.
I WILL stay here again! Great location, value, and service.
Location to the airport is perfect! ALL the staff was friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was spotless!
I had a lovely time and the room was very comfortable and quiet and clean and the bed was amazing

Very clean and staff was friendly! Enjoyed the hotel restaurant. Only thing I disliked was you had to pay for parking.
