The Westin Resort & Spa, Puerto Vallarta

Rooms are spacious and comfortable with excellent beds and AC, but expect construction noise throughout the hotel and dated pool facilities. Staff provide good service, though billing errors happen at checkout. The beach is small and swimming conditions are poor.
