Tru by Hilton Gilbert

The room was basic but everything was there and was very clean.

Cons It seemed very basic but very functional.

staff very friendly and helpful

It was a nice stay, kind of noisy from the street traffic all hours.

It was clean and modern

Cons It was real noisy from the traffic on the street.

Ok for s last minute stay !!!!

Location , availability and price

Cons Very small and thin towels, the pillows were awful and the AC very loud .

Nate at the front desk was great!! Always willing to help, he was polite and outgoing!

Cons More shelves in the rooms to put clothes on.

A clean hotel with amazing breakfast but the room, although clean, was small & no closet.

The hotel was very clean and the staff is extremely friendly & helpful. The lobby has a pool table & a few games. The breakfast was exceptional especially for a hotel breakfast.

Cons The room was disappointing because there was no dresser, so no drawers. There was no closet which was very odd. The room was pretty small. The small refrigerator was practically on the floor. It would have been nice to have a microwave.
