A gorgeous, comfortable and an exceptional stay. Highly recommended.

Extravagant hotel that didn't miss a beat. Exceptional facilities, great gym (and PT) and amenities. No stone was unturned regarding the room, comfort, design and staff. Highly recommend.

Cons If you're driving in, you'll need to use the valet service. In saying this, the valet staff were very exceptional and attentive.

Our stay was superb. I can't wait to bring my Husband back for several nights.

The Room, the vibe of the unusual decor, was exciting, and amenaties were acceptional. The Cocktails were amazing. Valet Parking and luggage transfer was considerate and prompt.

Epic

Everything

Cons Nothing

It could have been spectacular but they missed the mark.

The suite was a great layout and the river views were fantastic.

Cons They told us checkin was at 3pm. We did not get access our room until 4.45pm and there was a crumpled up tissue, a champagne cork and empty water bottle on the carpet in the lounge area under the coffee table and the toilet seat was dirty... We paid for the pet package so our little dog could stay with us in the hotel room which they were going to charge us $180 for. I was told there would be a pet bed, water bowl, snacks and a dog menu for her - there was none of that and the staff were too busy to deal with it because it was Riverfire night. I understand the staff were busy so we did not worry too much because we brought what we needed. When I told the staff at checkout they waived the pet fee which was nice of them, thank you.

A great place to celebrate our wedding and relax with everything we needed available close at hand

Very unique hotel, spent our honeymoon there, had a great time.

Cons Was fine

Highly Reccomend!

Very clean and modern, living room bar and pool bar were such a great vibe and offered great drinks. Staff were AMAZING. Our whole stay was perfect!
