W Nashville

excellent would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Nashville, great location

Great location, Great pool, Great atmosphere

Cons there was nothing we didn't like

Overpriced and did not feel safe in an otherwise beautiful hotel

Cons Airport shuttle was requested and confirmed but never showed up Breakfast very overpriced for mediocre quality Had staff try to enter my room while I was there three times and when I gave notice of it, first response was; well did you have a party or were you celebrating. The follow up just made it worse making me feel like I did not understand standard processes. Traveling alone that made me feel blamed and very uncomfortable. Also they send me 5 different invoices after I checked out, on the latest were extra charges based on mini ar that I did not use. I will not stay in this hotel ever again

Very comfortable hotel,reasonable location.

Cons A fair walk in the heat to the town centre.

A refreshing change after the crowd at the Virgin. This was elegant and quiet.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating

Lance was so nice caring and helped me with everything I needed. He took very good care of my vehicle and I feel like this is the best W Hotel I have ever stated Lance really made my day.
