It is an OK stay, but it is not worth the cost and not on par with other 5 stars in NYC.

The location is good, and convenient. The room is quite big. The staff is friendly.

Cons The A/C temperature was set to 68, which is too cold for us, and the thermostat in the room cannot adjust the temperature. The technician came to check, but can only increase it a little bit. My younger son got a few bug bites on the back, neck and arm. Not sure it is bedbug or other insects. We had two rooms, and they only cleaned one room. We used one bath robe, and they are supposed to replace a clean one, but they didn’t.

GREAT STAFF

Hard to find this level of customer service elsewhere. This is the type of place where the staff remembers your name and goes above and beyond to try to help with whatever you need. One of the staff, Nelson told me they treat their guests like family - and I've felt it over and over again. I stay here every time I travel in! Everyone is lovely. The location is central - and bonus points for the tacos across the street.
