Cons The desk clerk told me the first few seconds I was there that Booking.com had overbooked and there was no room for me. We got that settled and then the next thing that happened was we locked the door from the inside and when we went to unlock it the molding strip came off. I stepped on a tile in the bathroom, and it popped off, stuck to the bottom of my barefoot, and then another molding strip popped off above the refrigerator. Behind the bathroom door had hair and a pill on the floor.

It was only one night, but we would consider staying there again.

Bed was very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Hot tub was amazing.

Cons Older front desk gal who checked us in was not very friendly compared to the morning shift gal. She was so very friendly. Could have used a couple larger towels in our room. We used the only 2 larger ones for the pool. We had to dry off from the shower with the hand towels.
