Good location, big rooms, cafe/bar had good food and convenient.
Cons One day we had no water to our room and another day no air conditioning. We had just got off a long flight and had no notice of either event. Not the best stay for us but would have been ok otherwise.

The rooftop pool
Cons Service wasn’t great apart from at the rooftop pool. Sofa bed not made up on arrival, issues over accounts not clearing already paid for drinks. Very underwhelmed compared to many other hotels stayed at. Wouldn’t return.

Friendly staff Cleanliness of hotel
Cons I wish there was a continental breakfast included each morning. We had to walk to the nearest diner/7 eleven for a decent cup of coffee and/bagel or donut. I asked if there was coffee service but was told no, only to find out 2 days later there was coffee service offered inside the attached restaurant. In addition, the noise from construction on a new building was a bit annoying at times.
