Not a resort standard

For the price, the hotel has issues representing itself as a resort. Their snack pantry has no food is very thinly stocked, the front desk staff is not sophisticated. You can’t get pool towels during the day and for resort fee of $42 a day. I expect my towels to be available when I walk out to the pool. During the day at the pool, the staff of barely cleaned up after people as they came and went. The pool toys are either leftovers from other hotel, guests and in very poor condition (gross). This was my third day with this hotel, and every time I say, I won’t do it again

Amazing staff

Just stayed at Waterstone while moving my daughter into college. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Everyone was kind and helpful, especially George who helped move all of my daughter’s luggage into our car. The location is lovely and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only negatives were the small parking lot, where it was sometimes hard to find a spot, and the only onsite restaurant options were extremely expensive.

Nice view

Older hotel that has been updated. Wouldn't call it a resort. The views are nice. Staff was excellent. Limited parking. Shower floor was slippery. We got a discounted rate because of an event. Probably would not stay again.

Experience

Very nice hotel and clean rooms with great view of the lake! Guest service is great. George will greet you with a friendly smile and hello everyday.
