Good location and good rooms

Rooms are well appointed and attractive.

Cons We had breakfast at the attached cafe and it was only marginal. Breakfast burrito appeared to be a heated up frozen burrito.

Great hotel!

Great hotel loved the little additions in the room like the water bottles. Free coffee and tea in reception. Great location and staff!

Happy vibe near everything U of W. But look at function and form to improve this place.

The staff were great; friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The location was perfect for our needs ie; easy acces (by car) to U of W medical center. The lotions and soaps smelled and worked great. The bed was very comfortable.The pillows were great. The free check in drink was nice as were the cookies in the lobby from 4pm on.

Cons Upbeat vibe in the furnishings and decor in public spaces was good but often in the room it seemed to be form over function. The toilet extended by a couple inches into the bathroom doorway, toilet paper holder was very hard to reach and the grab bar to get out of the shower could'nt be accessed while in the shower. The beddings were awkward, clean and comfortable but two duvets folded in half were weird-European or not. Also free breakfast would be good for the price of the hotel. Limited towels as well.

Cannot believe it’s only a 3 star hotel ! For us it’s at least a four star hotel:)

We stayed here for a couple of nights after traveling with an RV for a month through the U.S. We wanted to drop off our bags before check in and Mahir saw how tired we were so he let us check in 3 hours early without paying an extra charge. We couldn’t even believe it! Not even in 4 or 5 star hotels we ever had such nice service! The staff was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. We were also very pleased with our hotel room, it was very spacious, modern and super clean! Very good value for money. We loved that we could fill up the given water bottle for free (also very sustainable) as well as riding / renting the bicycles of the hotel for no extra cost. Very cool ideas and super tourist friendly. The area is near the university and therefore quite central. The railway station is under 5 min walk of distance. But you couldn’t hear any traffic or so in the night. During the day it was also rather quiet. Overall we had such a nice stay. Thank you !!!
