Cons The free breakfast was rather lame.

Views were not good unless booked in those specific rooms, parking was bad and not monitored much (if at all), location

It was clean and close to beach and restaurants, nothing fancy.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was good and the location was within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Cons The one elevator really sounded suspect and several of the stairwells were not lighted. We reported it to the manager and they confirmed that the light bulbs need to be replaced but they were not replaced. Also the non-slip strips on the steps were missing in several places. We booked an ocean view room and you did have a view of the ocean but it was through telephone wires and the curtains would catch on the support hook so the only way for a complete veiw was to loop the curtains over the top of the rod. Only one trashcan in the room, so no separate bathroom trash can.

Good value. Friendly staff.

Very helpful staff. Ben was very helpful-he even went to another guests room to help figure out a TV programming issue.

It was clean. Staff was friendly.

Cons Pictures are outdated. Rooms and furniture look old.
