Waypoint Hotel

Fabulous place- would recommend

Wonderful property. Really comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Wish could have stayed longer.

Friendly place

The staff is awesome! Greeted with a smile and knowledgeable of the surroundings. Rooms are nice and quiet with nice amenities. If you come in and don't feel like driving. They have a delicious food cart and bar on site.

Cons If you drive the location is nice, but I like to walk when I stay in a town. So, location is just OK unless you don't mind walking over one mile to get to "downtown." This is extremely picky, but towel hooks in the bathroom and sink area would be nice.

Great service and exceptional rooms

Cara at the front desk helps to make my multiple stays at this location as good as possible. She is a gem! As for the rooms, this is a modern set up with a large piece of furniture to layout suit case, hang clothes and it has lots of open shelves. These all help me stay organized and never misplace anything. It is the best room layout in any hotel I have used as a business traveler.

Overpriced for what you get

Location was good, pool was open

Cons Sheets and towels were old, scratchy, not soft. Set AC to 68 and room stayed at 72 degrees and would not go to set temp. Bathroom had weird sewer stink when showering with fan on. Not worth $500 for 2 night stay

Very comfortable night. Will stay again.

It was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons The a/c unit kicked on about 7 with a weird glass-breaking sound. I pulled the plug.

Great, quiet pet friendly option in Bend

Convenient location and a great place to stay if traveling with a dog! The room was very big and updated
