Excellent location, pleasant hotel with limited reception service

Good breakfast, good dinner Excellent location, right on Promenade Des Anglais, but do not expect a sandy beach across. It's very rocky

Cons The reception did not offer any extra services, example: regional train ticket reservations, special beach access or even location, city bus tour tickets The rooms and especially the enormous marble bathroom had some design problems. Example: The shower and tub are very slippery and there are no handles on the wall or on the tub to hold on.

Great location, very overpriced, bathroom could do with a refurbished.

Great location, comfortable room @ 51sqm. Across the road from the Prom which was good.

Cons Terrible WiFi. Dreadful shower, had to run about to get wet, temperature of shower temperamental.

It was 15-20 minute walk to old town, right on the beach. Had a bar and restaurant. Staff were very helpful! The rooms were nice and big

Fantastic location and lovely staff

Fantastic hotel in a great location, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring. The hotel was clean, well maintained and had good facilities. The terrace bar was a real highlight, with a lovely atmosphere and a great place to unwind. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons You have to book in advance for the spa and it’s an additional cost (by the hour).
