Connect Roomza to ChatGPT
Add Roomza as a custom connector and your trips, preferences, and hotel intelligence become available in every ChatGPT conversation.
What ChatGPT can do with Roomza
Your trips
Ask ChatGPT about your upcoming and past hotel stays without leaving the chat.
Your preferences
ChatGPT knows your bed type, view, loyalty programs, and standing requests.
Add special requests
Ask ChatGPT to add late checkout, extra pillows, or anniversary notes to a booking.
Hotel intelligence
Search hotels, get room scores, reviews, pricing, and nearby places for any trip.
Setup
Five steps. About a minute.
Custom MCP connectors are still rolling out across ChatGPT plans and menu names move around. If you don't see a connectors option yet, the same Roomza URL works today in Claude. Set up Claude instead.
- 01
Open ChatGPT settings
Sign in to ChatGPT on the web. Custom MCP connectors require a paid plan (Plus, Pro, Business, or Enterprise) with connectors enabled.
- 02
Go to Connectors
Open Settings, then Connectors. Choose to add a new connector, then select the option for a custom or remote MCP server.
- 03
Paste the Roomza URL
Name it Roomza and paste the remote MCP URL below. Leave the auth type as OAuth.
- 04
Sign in and authorize
ChatGPT opens a Roomza sign-in window. Sign in, then click Authorize to grant access scoped to you.
- 05
Use it in a chat
Enable the Roomza connector in a new chat, then try "Search Roomza for boutique hotels in Lisbon."
What ChatGPT sees, and what it doesn't
- ChatGPT can read your trips, preferences, loyalty accounts, and add special requests to your bookings.
- ChatGPT can search any Roomza hotel and room, get prices, and ask about details. This is public data.
- ChatGPT never sees your Roomza password. Sign-in happens on roomza.com, then ChatGPT gets a token scoped to you.
- Disconnect any time from ChatGPT's connector settings. That immediately revokes ChatGPT's access.
