Best Western Plus Hacienda Hotel Old Town

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Great location with Old Town only steps away.

Cons Free breakfast in the lobby was fine but not nearly enough seating for such a big hotel. I realize it was temporary but they could’ve figured out more seating options.

Has a good atmosphere, happy overall, lovely place

Location within Old Town was great. The room was a little bit of a climb with the suitcases due to the 'rambling' shape of hotel but it was all manageable - we asked for a high floor out of way and quiet and that's what we got so no complaints. View was great from balcony. Room was a good size, bed comfy. Bathroom was clean and kitted out well with towels etc. Car park was a little dark, but easy to park, clean and safe. Staff were great - helped us reserve a little longer time for check out, always friendly. The Hacienda has charm, and a lovely atmosphere. Enjoyed the stay.

Cons A small note only - for maintenance - 527 shower rail needs looking at ...
