The staff was very good and the location was great if you’re attending the ball games.

Cons The breakfast area we’re the food and coffee was located was very small and hard to navigate when more than three guests were in there.

Location, breakfast, spa area was excellent.

Cons There was some sort of cleaning smell that bothered my husband but not me. We never did find the source and our stay was short.

Nice hotel for downtown Chicago easy walk to Wrigley field

Our 2 room suite was all we needed, but a little smaller than expected. Beds were very comfortable. There were large comfy robes in the bathroom. The shower was nice. The hotel is easy walk to Wrigley Field. Parking through the hotel was cheaper than using an app for "city parking". The breakfast was simple scrambled eggs and sausage, but more than expected. Buns and fruit and juices were available. Seating area for breakfast was very small but enough for 4 of us. Overall, I paid less than I would have at other similar hotels in the area.

Cons The staff at check-in seemed flustered with too many tasks, taking care of a lady with parking issues and reflected that to me after the lady left. There was no extra blanket for the pull out sofa bed, but the room temperature was easily adjusted.
