Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta

Front desk staff. She took the chain off the pool gate so I could swim. I chose the hotel for the pool. She was so nice, calm and answered all my questions. I love the unique retro design of the hotel. The room was very spacious, and it's so nice to have a mini fridge. Also thanks for the tea as I'm not a coffee drinker.

Friendly staff, comfortable room and budget price.

Property was very clean, room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the staff was exceptional and breakfast was much better than most others. The property has a large pool and a nice fitness area.

Cons The floors in the room are really showing their age and had some water damage.

Very disappointing not at all what I expected very inconsistent

It is hard to say some of the French staff two of the ladies that ran the front and one young lady that prepared the food

Cons The fact that I stayed 10 days over a week. My room was cleaned only twice I try to continue to ask for towels after coming in from a long day at work twice. My room key just completely stopped working for any reason when taking a bath or a shower during the second set of days I stayed the bathroom flooded soaked the bathroom and soaked the carpet.

It was short but it was ok
