Disappointing management of their own error that impacted me in a big way
Cons Overcharged 2000 Swiss francs and didn't return it. Staff were not helpful at all and all of them said "They will deal with it" only to have it not dealt with on the last day. This meant I was out of pocket for a significant amount of money for a long time with no acknowledgement or guarantee from staff that it was on it's way back at all. Simple error could have been dealt with much better but simply nobody wanted to do any actual work they were all depressed. Also there was no lobby or reception it was terrible.
