Posizione ottimale, circa 1km a piedi dalla Broadway, La colazione era buona, bella piscina grande.

Cons Struttura e camere vecchie, aria condizionata rumorosa davvero vecchia, tutto aveva un'aria da umidiccio. La palestra è completamente da rinnovare e sta dentro la reception. Mi aspettavo davvero di più. Le foto purtroppo non corrispondono alla realtà.

Cons Rien de spécial, mise à part que le prix est élevé par rapport à la qualité de l'hôtel mais c'est hélas le prix à payer pour son emplacement.

Nothing. I was double charged for my room. Hotel staff claimed that they were never paid by booking.com. So in order for me to check in i had to pay again even after showing them that the money was taken, per the hotels request. The hotel staff told me it was my problem and to contact booking.com. Booking.com stated it was a property issue. Also no towels in my room, toliet sid not work, staff was exceptionally rude. I would never stay in this hotel ever again. Im not pleased with bokking.com either as now i have to go through my bank to get my money back as customer service has not got back to me about a refund of my payment. Was told within 24 hours im going on 48 with no response.

Cons The entirety of the hotel

Location was perfect and the parking was reasonable. Breakfast was okay on third floor.

Cons A tired hotel but quirky all the same. They cancelled my Booking.com reservation and took the payment anyway. Not an issue for me except I lost over 1000 Avios points.

Good hotel with good facilities and nice staff
