Cons Shower didn’t work. Was billed twice and also it was advertised free breakfast which was not included

Chaos and comfort.

The room was clean and what I had expected.

Cons The elevator broke and the room phone never worked. Separately, the staff called me 3 times to ask if I had changed rooms (which I did not). I also had staff come to my door to ask if I had changed rooms. It seems like staff needs to focus on what they’re doing to minimize unnecessary calls/visits to guests.

Liked the accommodations, but didn’t like the night clerk’s attitude.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Good parking area.

Cons My husband and I had been on the road for almost twelve hours, so by the time that we reached the hotel, we were tired and not looking our best. We had on shorts and t-shirts. We were greeted by a young man dressed very nicely. He took one look at us and gave us the impression that he thought we should have gone to a cheaper hotel. What stood out in my mind was that the person checking in ahead of us was dressed the same way, yet was treated very nicely. I must say that the next morning, the young man at the desk was totally different and was very nice.

La comodidad en las caas y almohadas es basica, pero tambien el baño y la regadera, excelente todo y muy limpio, no me encantan las tinas para bañarse, pero todo excelente.

Cons NO hay desyunos, no hay comida, no hay roomservice.

Work stay visit

Work stay for a week, Room was clean and with plenty of light from the window, at night the room had daylight and warm light bulbs that made it awkward but nothing crazy. A big plus that the window was able to open to get fresh air. The TV was a bit small and under a pull up drawer which the closet was obstructing a bit of the view. Comfortable couch to watch tv on. Bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows. Shower water pressure and hot water was good. My rate was incorrect at the time of check in, glad I validated my confirmation email and they were able to adjust the rate. My rate included breakfast which they gave me 10 dollar coupons which did not cover my full breakfast like i had experienced it at other courtyard properties I had stayed before which items of the menu are fully covered. I only tried the avocado toast as they had no oatmeal during my stay. Centric location with an ice cream shop that is packed in the afternoon and a few restaurants which take a 1 minute walk.
