I would never stay here again

Bed was comfortable but damaged headboard hidden with pillows on both beds. It was very unpleasant to look at

Cons How old and worn the room was. Bathroom door broken. Dust on the bathroom vents causing coughing when air would come on .They did not honor our free breakfast buffet that was advertised upon booking. There was never a manager in any departments available to speak to us. All 3 nights. I complained never got a call back l. Will be making a formal complaint with Hilton

When we checked in, the man at the desk was so very nice and friendly and always had a smile! I forget his name, but he was at the desk the whole weekend of 8/14-8/16 and he had a smile for us every time and was quick to answer questions and be helpful. My daughters were very impressed that we all got cookies upon check-in!

It was unfortunate but I feel like communication could’ve been sent out to customers.

The hotel and room was nice and cleanly.

Cons The power went out and the elevators were down , air conditioner didn’t work and breakfast was not open due to the circumstances.

Will not ever stay here again
