Average service, but the elevators are a complete nightmare.
The location is great, but it is definitely not worth the stress. I would never stay here again—there are hundreds of much better hotel options in the exact same area and price range.
Cons The main issue with this hotel is the elevator system. There are only two elevators serving roughly 30 floors, making it practically impossible for guests on higher floors to get down. While staying on the 24th floor, I had to wait over an hour just to catch an elevator down for breakfast. Because they arrive completely full, people end up riding them up first just to guarantee a spot coming down, leaving everyone else stuck. On check-out day, the situation was just as chaotic, and walking down over 20 flights of stairs with heavy luggage was not an option. I would not recommend staying here unless you want to spend hours of your vacation waiting for an elevator under constant stress.
