Overall, I liked the hotel. It was comfortable and met the expectations of an airport hotel. The room was comfortable and well equipped, and small touches such as the complimentary cookies were appreciated. The staff were knowledgeable, and the overall quality of the room made the stay pleasant.

Cons Getting to the hotel was more difficult than expected, and I don’t think enough clear information was provided about transportation options or how to reach the property from the airport. While the staff were knowledgeable, I felt that the level of attentiveness and hospitality could have been better. Considering the price and the Hilton brand, I expected a warmer, friendlier, and more welcoming approach from the team. Especially for a Hilton property in a major destination like New York, I believe a more attentive and guest-focused hospitality experience should be provided. Overall, compared with other Hilton properties I have stayed at, the experience fell below my expectations. Although the room itself was comfortable and the amenities were sufficient, I did not feel that the overall experience justified the price. Because of this, I may consider staying elsewhere on my next visit.

I would fully recommend Double Tree for one night stopover before an early flight

airport shuttle on time, quick and efficient. big room nice, quiet with two comfy beds.

Cons free coffee machine at 4:30 am

Came at night and left in the mornng. Transport not suitable for luggage as tjere are step to climb
