Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Arrowood

The dinner was a nice surprise, something I will return here because of.

Great value for such a nice stay!

The breakfast and free dinner/kickback was absolutely fantastic!

Cons Nothing.

The staff was personable and engaging. There were many food options in the evening and also for breakfast

Cons The wifi wasn't very strong in our room.

Easy access from highway. Comfortable bed, clean room. Good food.

Not worth the money.

It was close to Carrowinds. That's about it, not worth the money would not return. I only booked it for the indoor pool for my children who could not even use it because it was closed.

Cons The beds were worn and sloped in the middle. You can hear everything. We were not that close to the elevator and we can here it going off all night every time someone would come in. And you can hear traffic from the near by roads. We only booked this hotel for 1 night and would not return. What made me chose this hotel was for the indoor pool for my children and it was closed, my youngest was in tears and very disappointed.

Good experience will stay again

Staff were great and welcoming. Have good bre options. Evening kick back was also good

Cons There is nothing to be disappointed
