Wonderful stay!

The staff was exceptional. I called prior to my arrival to verify openness of the pool/spa facilities and they were so nice and helpful. They helped get my rooms close together and I also had to get my room rekeyed and it was fast and efficient.

We was getting room month but this experience has changed my mind on that for the future.

Cons The cleaning crew will come in your room with out announcing themselves. We left a brand new charger in the room by accident checked out come back 30 minutes later to get the charger. The had been cleaned but no had seen the charger.

Cons The noise was unreal. It sounded like they were pounding and drilling in my room. There was banging outside of my window that sounded like they were shaking the dumpster. I have never experienced anything like this ever before. I had booked for two nights and left after the first night. The elevator looked like everyone who got in it wiped their dirty hands on the glass. I never give bad reviews. This was beyond disgusting.
